Cancellation policy

If you need to cancel your stay with us, the following will apply our cancellation conditions:

12/23/2024 BIS 01/07/2025 AND 06/20/2025 BIS 09/13/2025 AND 12/23/2025 BIS 01/06/2026

Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 29 days before the arrival date.
If canceled 28-15 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellations made 14 days before the arrival date or later (even in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.

09/09/2024 TO 12/22/2024 AND 01/08/2025 TO 06/19/2025 AND 09/14/2025 TO 12/22/2025 (EXCEPTIONS WILL BE STATED EXTRALY)

Cancellations and changes free of charge up to 15 days before arrival.
If canceled 14-4 days before the arrival date, we charge 50% cancellation fee of the total amount.
Cancellations made 3 days before the day of arrival or later (also in case of no-show) will be charged with 90 % of the total amount.

We recommend our cancellation insurance. If you want to make use of this insurance, please inform us with your booking.
Price is € 6,00 per person and day. (Children under 16 are free of charge - co-insured with parents room)
The cancellation insurance must be transferred to our account 5 days after receipt of the booking confirmation in order to be valid.

Note: The legal right of withdrawal is substituted by the respective cancellation policy.
