Catch and cook is a concept in which the guest should experience and feel the quality and regionality of products up close. Based on the principle of “feel - smell - sense”, or “catch - process - prepare”, simply: catch and cook.  Culinary delights should be tangible, an experience for the eyes, palate and nose. From the immediate surroundings where the food comes from. Catch and Cook is intended to unite the two worlds of cuisine and wild catch, to show the faces behind the producers, whether chefs or fishermen.
